Ramón García Hernández was born in 1978. He received the B.Sc. degree in electronic engineering from the Instituto Tecnologico de Sonora (ITSON), Sonora, Mexico, in 2002 and the M.Sc. degree in electrical engineering from the Advanced Studies and Research Center of the National Polytechnic Institute (CINVESTAV), Guadalajara, Mexico, in 2005, where currently, he is working towards the PhD degree. The title of his thesis work is "Discrete-Time Decentralized Neural Control for Robotic Manipulators".
